Dance Instruction builds upon itself and is taught at a Beginner through Intermediate Level. Because this Course offers Dance Instruction in so many Dance Styles, chances are you will be learning some new moves!

Dance Fitness Instruction will be enjoyed by various ages and fitness levels.
